1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Retrofable's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Retrofable's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

5. Coupon Use

Sign in to use a coupon. Only one coupon may be applied per order, subject to minimum spend, expiry, discount limits and available campaign budget. Coupon usage and campaign budget are consumed when an order is placed. Cancellation by you or an administrator does not restore coupon usage or budget, including one-time codes.
